Close your eyes and shut off all the other receivers that distract you. From the moment you close your eyes, you are moving one step closer to your inner self. By saving your energy and dedicating it to your meditation, it releases a new sense of unveiling from your deep down realities.

Firstly, focus on what your soul shows you, while you try to bring peace to yourself. Secondly, continue by examining the thoughts that come through your mind and pay attention to your mental activities. The thoughts that you pushed to subconscious starts to clarify and become more explicable. Lastly, indulge your thoughts into some kind of rhyme by for example using a Sanskrit verse.
