Use any large sofa or chair to meditate where you can sit in a comfortable posture with your legs crossed. Alternatively, you can sit on a carpet or exercise mat.
Begin by forgetting about all your upcoming appointments and engagements. Disconnect yourself from the outer world and focus solely on your own self while listening to your soul. Close your eyes and shut off all the other receivers that distract you. From the moment you close your eyes, you are moving one step closer to your inner self. By saving your energy and dedicating it to your meditation, it releases a new sense of unveiling from your deep down realities.

After the meditation
